Happy Monday to all. Hope everyone is feeling perky and had a super duper weekend.
Glad to hear that Lily and Sue are up and about again.Delilahh, don't worry about your splurge, my mum always says that they are necessary as well as being good for the soul. Don't feel guilty about it, you only live once!!

Felt down on sunday as I've pulled a muscle and I'm in agony, so have had a few comfort spend's:mad: Am cross with myself but it's done now.
Spent £20 on rubbish and £32 on clothes I needed.
Due to weight gain have nothing to wear, which is depressing in it's self.
Well I counted my pot's again am up to £38.22p :j considering I've only been saving this for 6 weeks I think I've done pretty well.
Take care everyone, happy potting!

Hey honey,
So sorry about your pulled muscle. Put your feet up and relax ..... AND, don't be cross with yourself, comfort spending is occasionally necessary. I bet your new clothes look great on you. All in all, you are doing fantastic. I have half of what you have in my pot!!!
Sending loads of happy and healing vibes your way, :A

Went to London yesterday to the Science Musuem and Natural History.....wow is all I can say.
But....used my card all day....so no money to pot.....but wasn't tempted to spend any money on myself which I am proud of. Two years ago I would have been blowing money in all the top shops.

Coffee savings carrying on (and remembered to cancel the online nibble box order so £3.79 extra in the pot!). Went to the pictures with OH on Saturday but had discounted tickets from work so an extra £2.50 saved and in the pot. I took my own sweets in as well (nicer and cheaper than the cinema's offering). Unfortunately my handbag [STRIKE]was too full[/STRIKE] wasn't big enough
to conceal a water bottle so shared "regular" drink with OH, who was having popcorn anyway (they have a "deal" on regular popcorn and soft drink together (inverted commas as that comes to about 8 quid)).
Think may have to tidy handbag before the next one to fit a drink in (and some popcorn for OH). Drinks and popcorn at the pictures are a giant con- their "regular" size is a bucket, so you're paying over the odds for more than you want.
Rant over- happy potting all.Sealed pot challenger#1677
