I've had such a week, teeth last week still causing my problems this week & £47 later finally sorted but en got another check up next week for me & hubby s more money. DS going away with scouts for the 1st time in reb so that was £45:eek: then dd who is 4 broke her bed, yes u read that right, broke her bed!!!!:rotfl: what you gonna do? So I've had to resort to the pot money to financ these unexpected expenses. Hope everyone else is doing ok though. On the plus side I had almost £80 in the pot so it's a canny little help. Oh well, start again tomorrow eh!! I'm in e process of info gathering to serif I can make a ppi claim so fingers crossed! More pages on this site to read first though as I've not done anything like this before. Best place to be looking though.

You guys arent going to believe this!

Therea a girl I work with opposite me. I was telling her about the pot for some reason I can't remember.

Basically she THROWS AWAY her change, like 1p 2p and 5ps. Like literally chucks it. In the bin.

I said if you don't want them I'll have them, seriously.

I now have a permanent source of roadkill

I'm feeling quite pleased this evening! I've just saved at least £30 off my pet insurance for next year using a comparison site :j and then had a quick look at my o2 phone tariff and noticed that the data bolt-on which I pay £10 a month for now costs £6 so I called them and got it changed, saving me £4 a month, it also has 20 picture messages included :j. I would pot the difference but my monthly outgoings keep going up and up so a few £s shaved off here and there had probably better go towards covering everything else getting more expensive . I can't wait until my contract is up so I can try haggling!

Just some shrapnel tonight for me, and no roadkill for ages.

    Lashley82 that's a result isn't it :j

Still waiting for my colleague to pay me for the laptop I sold him, but Zapper are sending me a cheque, way hay, it all helps

  • Since it is the end of the month and I got paid today I emptied the remaining change out of my purse into my pot. It was only a few pounds but it all adds up.
