Been out for lunch again this week as is my dad's birthday on Thursday and it is the only day we can all be together as a family (except DH who was in bed cos on nights).
Had to call at asd@ for DS food tech stuff which he forgot to mention yesterday:mad:. DD2 picked up some coloured pencils that she wanted me to buy (which the reply was no:rotfl:). Bless her 1p fell on the floor. So only thing for the pot is 1p asd@ kill:T:T:T.
Now have grand total of 2p road kill since we started in Dec lol.
Have a great rest of the evening.

Have not been one here for a few weeks been busy with work ect.By the looks of how fast the pages have moved in that short time theres been alot of saving going on.
Have managed to pot a few coppers and the odd 20p over the last few weeks but since got paid thursday posted £5 in coins to make up for short fall.
With help from my sister have set a budget plan for my wages. So have a set amount each month just for me [after bills and savings are moved]with anything left at end of month going in pot.will still put odd bit in each week, but should work out bit better.Oh bad luck, ladsmadd, bet you'll let them do it all over again too!!!:rotfl:
Yes sue-uu am sure would let her do it all over again, but have now put 50p in a old purse so when she comes can share that between her and her sister.# 017 -Sealed Pot Challenge 8

Why don't you just estimate you're pot being £370 by the end of the year (if you're doing the £1 a day) that way you'll be happy when you have moreSealed Pot Challenge member #071 VSP #4

Oh Kerfuffle, you too jakes-mum, it was DELICIOUS!! We were so lucky there as DH got it from Morr*sons at special price and oh, was it especially good too, we've used 1/2 and will be having the other 1/2 later today!!!!! Although we love it, it's the one meat I always feel more than a bit guilty about eating.elizabunny wrote:Sue Thank you for the good wishes for my weekend away, which was really lovely and very relaxing. I hope your toe is fully recovered now.
You're welcome, elizabunny, I'm just so pleased you really enjoyed yourselves. The toe is slowly recovering, but won't be better for a while yet. It's being redressed again today.
Well done Ruth with your advice to mumwithamission it makes perfect sense!rosyq wrote:years and years ago someone nicked our windscreen overnight. Hubby thought it was draughty when he set off for work! :rotfl: I can laugh about it now but it caused no end of trouble replacing the tax disc etc.
What some sw*nes and what a nightmare for you and your DH, Rosy, how low can some folk get!!
