i decided this challenge isn't for me it would seem i'm not comftable with large amounts of cash in the house, i took any notes out of my pot before xmas and i've just counted up all the change i have £33 in poundcoins (which i've threw back in the pot to use for the kids dinner money) and £5.14 in change, good luck to you all i would do the virtual sealed pot but i already do something similar because i'm saving for a houseDEC GC £463.67/£450

That sounds brilliant, Crunchy Nutter, very nifty way to get a good pot. BTW, the 50p isn't roadkill, it's just gains after not having cleaned too well!!!! :rotfl:Cheeky I know, but couldn't resist now could I!!
In my defence, it was in a corner, between the edge of a carpet tile and a cupboard.
Last time I looked there I found a quid :T
Inspired by my 50p find, I've spent the last 15 minutes crawling round looking in every other corner, and found 2p! Took me 5 minutes to extract one of them from it's crack with a ruler, a bent paperclip and a screwdriver but it is now safely incarcerated and will be in my new, improved pot this evening! :jSearch for Crunchy's Debt Deletion Diary... Potted another £1.32 today. It's only day 3 and I have lost count of how much is in there already. My oh has his sealed pot made now, from a biscuit tin with a slot chopped into the top and covered in brown tape, so the competition commences! Can't wait to see how much we manage to save between us! no roadkill found today, much to my disappointment! Lol!Thermomix Santander Sainsburys Creation Loans Fluid Card Tax Credit OP
