    Morning everyone.

Not to worry, greenanne, as and when you can, but it is a problem with CCs, you have all year though, so just do your best.

Good luck with the surveys, elfen, at least the meal is covered, parking n' all, bloomin parking fees!

Hiya Kerfuffle and well done with your pennies. I see tis quite mild over with you in Canada too then! :(

If you're only able to pot 5p and under for now, BlushingRose, then truly you ain't doing bad at all. Anyway....why isn't your pot sealed?! If you have any other cash you're not sure whether you can pot or not, leave it next to it until you know for sure, then you can either pot or use it. :D

Brilliant ones, sparky! :rotfl:Not long til you ca both have some R & R then....and look ahead to a great holiday - it'll be here soon enough. Good to hear you're ok now.

Not to worry about the amount, Purplemumof2, the main things is that you're saving.

A few quid's really good, dizzybee, it's not always possible to post so as and when you can is fine.

Very good, Stressed! Will be thinking of you and your little ones!! :D

Thanks very much, LAM, you have a lovely time too, and very wise thinking with your pot! ;)

Hi Kerry, god with the cahs and a very Merry Christmas to you also.

I wonder what time LC 2 went shopping with her DH in the end  - 10am I reckon.

I'm so pleased you're feeling so much better, supasick, surprising what some food and a good night's kip will do. Good luck with the coins.
Have a good day folks - and am I glad I'm not shopping! :grinheart

  • Afternoon everyone

Sparky you put a smile on my face early this morning with your jokes. Left house with DH in tow at 7.50 bound for Mr. S (cough cough please note LC2) .Don't ask how but I forgot to put the flamin bread in - never mind I will pick some up in the morning. Whatever else has been forgotten we will just have to do without.

Hope you are all fit and well and not cracking under the stresses and strains we put ourselves under.

No potting so far today. On pressie delivery duty later today - thank goodness I might be able to see some space on my bedroom floor before long.

    Merry Christmas Potters

It was 8.45 !!! By the time we got to Mr A's tempers were already frayed. He sent me for the papers I couldn't find the one he wanted therefore I wasn't looking properly!! Someone had put another paper over it I didn't know it was like a rummage sale and you had to sort through. So it went from bad to worse I didn't follow the list (It was a guide not cast in stone) I kept stopping to chat to people (What!! I should ignore them ) What difference what bananas we had (He wants green one!! brown ones or nice ones) So I sent him back for a red cabbage and then carried on shopping so he couldn't find me funny that cos I could see him as I nipped down down the aisles!!!! The final straw according to him was when I had just paid and then remembered I needed a box of maltesers so I said I would take the shopping to the car while he just nipped up that aisle there and got them. I even gave him the money!!! He had to queue twice well I walked to the car didn't I ? What more could I have done!!

Apparently I am the most unorganized person on the planet!! I never ever think things through, do everything on impulse and if I took his advice and planned. my life would be so much easier.

But like I said I like my life!!!

Anyway he didn't speak to me for ages not that I was worried I knew as soon as it was lunchtime he would speak and he did :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Sue you said you try and keep a chapter in front of your DH me I keep a whole bxxxxy book!!!!

Got to go out tomorrow for the fresh food :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

T'is very mild at the moment Sue, it's brilliant! :T

Thanks for the giggle Sparky, I miss the British sense of humour ;)

Luckycharlie, sounds like your shopping trips are hardwork, and to get to the stage where hubby won't talk to you, well every cloud has a silver lining I suppose. :rotfl:

Well it's Christmas Eve Eve folks :santa2: so I'll just take this opportunity to wish those who will be too busy to pop on here a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

    Welcome to the challenge curioustom,

Sue will be here later to give you a shiney new number, in the mean time find yourself a sealed pot or something similar, and take a gander at the rules on the first page.

And most of all, enjoy yourself. :)
