Not posted for a week as have been moving house - won't read back all pages but have been potting over the last few days here and there!

First day in our new house saw us get lumbered with a £400 locksmith charge after DH's dad broke the lock to the front door (unintentionally!) which is not very :money: lol!

Managed to get a few small ones in to my work tin this evening, and some random forrin coins. At some point I need to empty out that tin to see what I've accumulated and try to get it changed back to english coinage.

Oh your DH sounds so much like mine, LC 2, mine is exceptionally punctual..or an hour early! He's an absolute treasure, but will never understand me..though he reckons he reads me like a book..I just make sure I keep a chapter ahead!! :rotfl:

Keep potting anything under 50p, zafiro and even that will notch you up a sum by next November. I know what you mean about cards though, a help and - a curse!

evening all.
i've not managed to put anything in my pot lately as had no change due to not spending any cash[only credit card:eek:]
