CS then decided it was chocolate puddings that were causing the problem. Whole shopping amount then refunded and put through again with caramel puddings instead of chocolate. Discount did still not kick in. They then manually charged me £30 for the 3 meal deals.

So am I entitled to DTD or not. Head office are saying no as they store refunded everything and then charged me the correct price - making DTD not applicable.

Any views???

DTD is not discretionairy, you should have got back £74.58 (2 times the £37.29 you were overcharged)

Please can I ask if there are any good quality white wines on the 3 for £12 offer or the 2 for £10?

The offers always seem to be for red or rose or for the cheaper nastier whites

Yeah apologies for that I misread and it doesnt help me having wine on the brain lol! You def should have got dtd in store. Try and call cs and explain manager only gave u the difference hopefully like many have before they will send u a giftcard with the rest due to you.

got two lots of 2 for 3(small bottles) and 2 big bottles of wine 2 for 5

took of 3.53 (25%)
1.14 2for3 x2
and 1.99 2 for 5


so started off at 14.00
-3.53-1.14--1.99=7.34 for 4 small bottles and two large bottles of wine quite pleased

Just been to Tescos and got 6 bottles of Cava, Its should be £4.49 a bottle but was on offer at £3.99 a bottle Got 6 of them and got a extra 25% off meaning i paid around £3 a bottle I always get 6 of these this time of year (better then champange and makes great bucks fizz) so this is a great deal for me saved £9
