    This is the maths...

    £29.99
-25% £7.50 (assuming you buy at least another 5 bottles of something else to qualify for the minimum purchase requirement of 6 bottles)
JTD £14.99 as A charge £15 for the same bottle
    Net cost £7.50

Don't mean to state the obvious but for anyone who isn't familiar with JTD - only buy one bottle of this at a time as the JTD voucher is capped at £20 and this one bottle alone will give you a voucher for £14.99.

Would I also get the 25% discount off the Champers if bought 3 lots of the 2 for £3 mini bottles at the same time?

  • If you go to tescopricecheck.com and enter your Tesco receipt details it will give you a voucher for 'just the difference' if the same item(s) were cheaper in Asda. You can then spend the voucher in Tesco.

My Local T's has REALLY annoyed me. After reading this I went out at 10pm last night to get wine - tills didn't take off the 25% - staff said it wasn't working and should be sorted by this morning. Rang this morning to check and was told it was working so went down and it wasn't, I can get 3 for £12 but it won't take 25% off for buying 6. When I complained they offered to take 25% off the £24 total......
But I want the 25% off the original price like everyone else is getting.

So I have now been twice, once late at night and this morning dragging my poor kids along too, used petrol, wasted half my morning and still have no bargain wine.
    Very annoyed!:(

Yes - as long as you buy a minimum of 6 bottles at a time the discount will apply. One champagne and 5 or more other bottles is fine.

Is this still working ?, got mine last night and it worked a treat, but just spoken to someone who said that they had picked up 6 bottles of the Lindemans Chardonay and it cost £18 which is only the 25% off the £24, not the £13 ish I was getting 6 for last night ??
  • Sorry to be dense! I added 3 for £12 to the basket and 6 individual bottles but no discount was applied (can anyon explain where I'm going wrong please.I was trying to shop on the grocery site.Any help would be much appreciated.
  • Just an FYI, the answers to most questions have already been covered in previous posts so it is worth having a read back.
As with any of the promotions like this, the discount isn't applied until it is delivered and will show on your delivery note. Someone has confirmed this on this thread today. I understand that it can be a pain reading back if you are looking on your phone but I am on my phone now and it works fine for me.

Do they have the promotional material on display? If so get yourself back down there ASAP and stock up then head off to customer service and point out the pricing error to claim DTD.

I'm pretty sure you need to buy a minimum of 6 - not necessarily in multiples of 6.
