EXPIRED 25% off 6x bottles wine from 1st December (use with Tesco meal deal!)

The little store I wa sin had all of the correct meal deal items in a fridge by themselves but NO indication that meal deal was on :mad:

I had my very detailed list with me but I only risked getting one set so I got the items I needed but any other shopper in that store would have not realised. I went through the SS machines and put my 4 items through 1st to see if the meal deal discount kicked in and it did and I then scanned the wine.

The Gallo white zinfandel is on 3 for £10 at Asda so I bought some yesterday and got £17.74 jtd today, also there was a girl handing out Lindor chocolates as well so extra bonus.

You have to be very carefully, the Genache is right next to this one and its very easy to pick up the incorrect ones

Got 6 Meals deals for £45

I see the extra 25% off wine ends on Sunday in our store.

Hi just got the 17.74 too on jtd, from the gallo zinfandel. Now plan to use this voucher this eve to buy 6 more of the same. Best way to stock up.

I have had a quick look through the thread but can't see this mentioned - has anyone tried the wine gift sets which are up to £6 each but 2 for £8, to see if the 25% comes off if you buy 6?

Says in store 25% off any wine including champagne, so should work!!

Most of 3 for £12 shelves empty, so I was lucky to find the last four Lindeman's Shiraz - £6.79 and two First Cape Pinot Grigio - £5.99. In all, l paid £14.66 for 6 fairly decent bottles. I shall be returning tomorrow in hope that shelves will be restocked. But I'm running out of space and already storing toilet rolls in car!

Can any tell me the net cost of a bottle of gallo zinfandel with the jtd as I've bought the Lindemans Shiraz Cab which is gorgeous and works out at £2.30 a bottle.

thank you op. I picked up a couple of meal deals and some wine for xmas yesterday. My price check results are in and I have just realised I picked up the wrong Gallo

merlot rose didn't compare well:eek: oh well I will have to try harder tonight and get the correct zinfandel

Also, I just wondered is there anything you can do if an item comes back N/A on price checks?
