For the 25% discount it just has to be 6 or more bottles so it'll work on 6, 7, 12, 20, whatever!

However if you want the "double discount" on the 3-for-£12 wines too you would have to buy 6, or any higher multiple of 3 ie. 9, 12, 15 etc.

Thanks - I popped in on my way home and picked up 12 bottles from the 3 for £12 offer plus one of the half price champagnes. Also had a £2 off £10 voucher to use too!

I noticed on the signs it said the offer runs until 4th. Shame, I've more £2 vouchers that come into play on Monday...

Can anyone help? I tried adding the 6 meal deals to my basket but the 25% wine discount didn't appear. Will it appear when I checkout or have they disabled the double deal?

Ok.. The local store I went to was new and they are giving loads of £5 off £25 and it should be for clothes, entertainment and also toys but it works for anything.


I got 6 of the wine thats 3 for £10 in asda and got a voucher today

6 x GALLO WHITE ZINFANDEL 75CL £37.74 £20.00

I used the £17.74 and the £5 off £25 in store and paid £5.56 and ill do it again tommorow for 6 bottles of wine.

For anyone (like my mummy lol) that likes ginger wine, Sainsburys who are also doing the 25% discount have stones ginger wine on offer at £3.66 per bottle (down from £5.49) so 6 bottles is £21.96 - 25% (£5.49) = £16.47 for 6 bottles, which works out at £2.75 per bottle

could anyone tell me what the zinfandel is described as on their receipt?

I have made a terrible error and asked dh to pick the wine up on his way home instead of going myself and 3 of the bottles are Grenache not zinfandel. The sa only scanned one bottle and then entered the number of bottles so I don't know if the correct bottle has been scanned :mad: the receipt just describes it as Gallo white wine?!

But if it dont work just take it back for a refund.
