You could try it, If no one is ill after eating it next year you will know it was fine to keep, on the other hand if someone is ill you will know you were wrong

I got another two today and am going to try freezing one of them. Think it will be fine.

Bought a few bags of these, even took the one i bought last week for £5 back for refund.

I got a 7" tin, but want to make 2 small cakes for gifts would 2 4" tins do the trick?

Picked one up today. Am going to make it with my girl as a gift for her nan. Was trying to think of something to give her.....and a homemade xmas gift neatly packed so my 5 year old can cause havoc is perfect. Besides....keeps her busy whilst she's not at school.

priced at £3 in my store, and £2.50 for the cupcakes. got two of those, absolutely gorgeous!

£3 for most people.

What are the recommend times for baking, just baked the Sainbury's one and it said 3.5hrs and 150. I have a fan oven so turned it down to 140 and after 240 checked it and the top fruit pieces are burnt. And the top looks slighty over done, but still not fully baked yet.

But got 3 of these ones to make tomorrow so want to make sure these go better.

They have these on at £3 in Tesco Fforestfach Swansea branch, but still not seen the cup cakes in there.

just pop a circle of greaseproof over the top of the cake, they are terrible for catching a little after such a long baking time:o
