The smillies are used more to excess on the lighter side of mse.
When it comes to the serious matters being discussed and advice being seeked there are alot less smillies used.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

I find your pathetic signature much more annoying than smilies and images in posts! Your Sig. is much larger than most of your posts and we don't want to know what you owe to who in bold! Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
Due to a lack of interest. Thursday has been banned and all persons are encouraged not to allow their genuine sense of fun to lower the Quality of life for other members of the public.
This is in accordance with the UN Protocol on community well being, the EEU directive on Human Rights, Section 4, sub paragraph 5, rule 12, section 17 paragraph 8 line 1.
Which states " All Persons that Conform to being Human can only be Human if they hold the regards to other persons feelings of happiness"
Thus meaning.. that due to the democratic rule of law, under the terms of the Geneva Convention, the UN Protocol, EEU Directives, and the fact that we are all insane I have decided to pass a memorandum that who ever buys a beer first will have my support in this campaign to ban SMILLIES..
