The smillies are used more to excess on the lighter side of mse.
When it comes to the serious matters being discussed and advice being seeked there are alot less smillies used.

Thus meaning.. that due to the democratic rule of law, under the terms of the Geneva Convention, the UN Protocol, EEU Directives, and the fact that we are all insane I have decided to pass a memorandum that who ever buys a beer first will have my support in this campaign to ban SMILLIES..
