Restricting number of images and smillies in posts

Would it be possible to restrict the number of smillies and images that people put in a post?
It is so annoying to see excessive and uneccesary amount of smillies.
Four in any one post should be more than enough.

A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain.

I can't see what images you have posted there as I am on my work computer and it doesn't let me see the images.
Nonetheless, the ridiculous amount of smillies people put in posts look so childish and are just a pain. Board Admins - please put a limit on the amount of smillies in a post, it really does make it difficult to read sometimes.A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain.0 -

No, I am not grumpy. I am simply fed up with the out-of-hand use of smillies. And I will be reporting those in this thread who found it funny to write 'lol' with smillies.A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain.0 -
Not a happy bunny are you skintscotsman? Don't worry about not seeing the piccies, you wouldn't like them. It requires counting far beyond four...

Er... is it me or is this thread being turned into a smiley-fest and thank-fest? :eek:Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0 -

I'm sure abuse will punish us severely.
OK folks? More than four smilies and you're banned (or spoken to, at best)

Can you please restrict the number of letters in your words when you're complaining? Please say 'mick,' not 'michael.' If you persist in this unnecessary use of letters, I will have to report you.Touch my food ... Feel my fork!0
