I have no idea why other than 'his head isn't in the right place at the moment'. TBH I don't care that much about him (....she says with tears rolling down her face and having consumed more half a bottle of wine and no dinner! :rotfl:.) It's just the principle of it. And now I have to tell people that it hasn't worked out etc.

Luckily flatmate is here, she is running me a bath (I never ever have baths) and will top up the wine.

It's not an insignificant thing at all! Don't feel bad about moaning, but don't wallow either - he's not worth it, the right person is out there for you, just gotta find him!

Bramble not selfish at all darling, my birthday is in two weeks, nephews the week after, I understand entirely. Its a day you will remember all your days, no need for it to become doubly sad. xxx
Beth stay strong, fear of the unknown is always the worst, once you know what you are dealing with you will be much better, and as candy says, you have us. xxx

What dates your birthday jacks? mine is the 8th.. To be honest, i don't think he'll make it that far...

I agree with bitsy, flutterby, he,s not worth your tears - just tell anyone who asks that he wasn,t man enough for you to bother with xx have an evening of sad and wine, then wake up, make up and do your thing girlfriend!!!! ( have got to stop watching Gok )

Mine's the 13th. I dont want to say, I hope he does, because I wish with all my heart you didn't have to go through this bramble. I hope he is not in pain or suffering too much longer though. xxx
