I think that the lists are great, it's so kind to put the work in and I do appriciate it but I'm going to do my own lists, dipping into the published lists I don't doubt because I'm back to work tomorrow and I do shift work so my routines have got to really work for me. I will still post to keep myself on track though, nice 'meeting' you all :) xx

How did you get on greenbee and julie? I blitzed bathroom. Only floor to do now. Hoovered landing and hall, and cleaned kitchen floor. That makes me almost up to date with flying. Yeah.

So much for my HHW - I've wrapped 1 present.

    DH rang
I went in DD's BR which is a bombsite at the moment and there was glass on the floor! I don't know what she's broken but I hope I've got it all up.
Then the dog decided to throw up! So I've shut him outside which he's not too impressed about.

Might get some wrapping done now!

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Have managed to get a few presents wrapped - have no idea where I'm going to put them now though!

I suppose I'd better go and pick the kids up, feed them and then DS has football training 5-6.

    Afternoon all

Rubbish traffic on the way to IKEA but there had been an accident so Pollyanna says I'm so glad it wasn't us involved. Got all I planned to, DS2 had a great time. Swapped 10 books for 2 x £5 off vouchers which we used. Bought 3 Christmas presents and got DS2 a new chair for his room which he is happy to have partly for Christmas so I will reduce what I was going to buy him by a couple of items.

    Pillion welcome back

Coopers - it is fine to do your own lists. Even on the weeks I write the lists I often do my own thing;) They are just a guide to get some people motivated

Just going to update my Christmas list and then do a bit of flying.

I had one, many years ago now, ie when I was a teenager, that caused a house fire. If you do go for one, make sure to go for a "good" one, not the cheapest you can lay hands on which is what my father had done regarding mine. I'm too scared to use one now, even all these years later.:(
I'm with you on this, I've always been very nervous of electric blankets, I had one when I was little & my Mum was always fretting over the fire risk, it must've rubbed off. But I suppose this was 20-ish (oh alright 40-ish if we're being honest!:D) years ago & I would imagine the new ones are much improved. Still don't fancy one tho!
