Just popped in for a quick update. It's the 6th of the month and all is going well. £180 earned so far. Really feeling positive that I can hit my £30 a day target this month.

Went for lunch with a friend today (good deal - 2 meals for £10 :D). It's her birthday tomorrow and I gave her the gift and card that cost me nothing. Still haven't received OH's free valentine's card, which is a bit worrying. Redeemed for another £15 Amazon voucher this afternoon.

Had my hair cut today for the first time in ages - OH didn't even notice, even though I did have a good couple of inches cut off (I have really long hair). Typical man.

Saw that movie last night (Margin call). It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Definitely watchable. I wouldn't have paid to see it though.

Right, must finish off my nebuliser and have my fat drink :p. Then I'm off to bed to try and finish my book.

    Night all :)

Still keeping up with the £30 a day. Not quite there yet today, but only 40 questions to go, so will make it.

On the 101 list front, I finished my book but haven't done much else towards it. Need to get my backside in gear. I did buy a Sudoku book today, so will do that when I have a few minutes spare each day. I've also found the perfect book to read in a day. It's 416 pages, but the print is massive, so I reckon it's more like 200 normal pages :).

    Right, back to the questions.

Thought it was time for another update. I think my new years resolutions are going well so far.

Firstly, I have visited my grandma twice this week. I've also kept up with my medical treatments and am feeling great :D. I do need to find some more time to use my Wii and Wii Fit.

I'm also keeping up with the £30 a day - up to £360 for the month now. I have usually fallen behind by now, so quite pleased with myself there.

Anyway, off to do my nebuliser and have an early night.

Well done Emz on sticking to your resolutions :)

Amber - the shred DVD is evil! I think it must work (something that hurts that much must do!) but be warned! :D

That was a bit of a type and run post last night. OH was bugging me to use the laptop (wish he would get his own).

Forgot to mention a few things. A new car is now in contention. I thought it was a 2-horse race with the Fiesta and Mini, but now the Mazda 2 has entered the fray. It's a lovely looking car and they do it in a gorgeous blue that reminds me of my Yaris JJ. It's £249 for the 1.5 sport version (JJ was a 1.5 sport too) and all I would want to add is Bluetooth for £147. I would have considered a diesel, but it's £1,800 . No way Mazda. I'll have to stick with petrol if I go for that. It's supposed to be quite economical though.

OH is on about adding this and adding that to it. Why can't men just leave cars as they are?? I just don't understand the fascination of changing the alloys and putting a 'sportier' bumper on there. He even said about buying a different set of wheels for it for my birthday. I don't want wheels for my birthday!! Oh, and don't worry, I'm not having anything on my car that I don't want on there ;). If OH don't like he, he don't have to drive it :D.

So at the moment, based on looks, I am pretty drawn to the Mazda. I just need to test drive all 3 cars (although I know what the Fiesta is like so probably won't bother with that if I fall even more in love with the Mazda).

Need to go into town this morning to get my blue badge sorted. It runs out on Tuesday and I've got the hospital on Wednesday. Doubt very much I will get it before then . Still, disabled people don't get cheaper parking, so it's just a case of parking further away in the normal car park. I applied for the badge at the beginning of Jan, but the new online thing takes ages and they have only just asked for my passport and proof of DLA.

Off to the cinema this Monday and next Monday. Seeing J Edgar first and then Like Crazy second. Doing quite well with the freebie films this month.

Right, nebuliser time and then off into town.

    Have a good day everyone

Just received an email saying that 63336 are raising their price to £2.50 per text. Can't believe it to be honest. The questions are quite scarce at times now as it is, without upping the price by £1. I think it will kill them off personally.

I'm wondering what to do now, as that is the main bulk of my income and I can't see how it will continue to provide me with that income when customers go elsewhere.

My nebuliser is making me feel much better, so I wonder if I should get a part-time job. Guess I will just have to see how the questions go, but I can't see it being the same this time next year.
