    Hey All!

Managed to get home earlier than I expected so thought I'd update now. :)

So, froddington your update is noted. Nice Levellers quote there in your sig by the way. ;)

Your update has been done too Barny. :)

From the googledoc, well done originator in crossing the line into the 6s! :T

Dark^knight your OP for March is listed. Did I miss you or should there be no payment for Feb please? :o

Another great OP trills, updated for you.

And finally, Tabbitha your OP is noted and target amended as requested. I like 'neat' too. :D

I suspect there may be another flurry overnight and tomorrow so I'll see you then.

    Pinch and Punch....

Very excited to pay a whopping OP today - thanks to a bit of money moving & creative stoozing.
On top of my standard £100 OP, I've paid off a further £4,600.

So, MFW #139 reporting for duty. £4,700 as a March OP.

That means my interest per day has just dropped to less than £4 for the very 1st time. :T Very happy with that.

Thanks to so many of you posting on the MFW forum. It's so encouraging to know there's so much support out there, full of great ideas and wise words.

    Hey MFWer's

Seems March has renewed my vavavoom (must be spring coming), just OP'd £1,000 for March's OP from today's pay, hopefully I'll have some more at the end of the month, got items on eBay and going to have a go at Amazon (not tried before) too.

Welldone everyone and Spiggle for updating the doc's for us all :D, I just keep looking at my spreadsheets and try to visualise how I'll feel at the end of the year knowing we'll 'own' half the house, I try to make it as real as possible like the left side or all of upstairs! lol
I'm off to the kitchen as I'm sure I own that bit already!!

Overpayment of £510 made today. I love the 1st of the month!:D

I thnk I made a mistake with my overpayment target. I gave you my whole mortgage of £13,094 but of course my normal payments take care of some of that so my actual target was to overpay £10,000. Sorry for being dim. :o

I paid my normal payment of £220 made today, reducing mortgage to £4,453. I can't wait for a few months when I will start blitzing the overpayments to clear balance this year, all being well.

Good to see all the overpayment efforts. Keep it up everyone:j

I am #80 and on target :) £1100 in January and £1100 in February. It is currently sitting in a savings account because I have a super low interest tracker mortgage but will be overpaid when interest rates go up.

Spigs - you are doing a great job with this thread :T
