  • No 136 checking in with a Feb payment of £550. :j

Taking advantage of a council tax free month and a few other bits. Suspect March won't be so kind though as I know I have a few bills coming up then.

Number 132 checking in for Feb.

Only £54.22 OP this month. :( Still, wanted to pay somethign and it's better than nothing. £833 went to the CC. Hopefully the remaining £975 will be gone in March (before the 0% runs out lol!), so all focus can then go on the mortgage! :j

    Roll on April!

Hope everyone's good on this sunny weekend :)
  • Afternoon,

Just checking over the finances and I've decided I can afford an extra £90 overpayment this month.

Brings my ring fenced mortgage savings to a round £4,500, but for this challenge, it tops February up from a previous value of £1,112.59 to £1,202.59

Here's how it's looking year to date for me just now:

    #29 - Overpay by £10,400.00.

Month: Ideal Pay / Ideal Total / Ideal % / Actual Pay / Actual Total (Diff) / Actual %

    January: 866.67 / 866.67 / 8.33% / 862.59 / 862.59 (-4.08) / 8.29%
    February: 866.67 / 1,733.33 / 16.67% / 1,202.59 / 2,065.18 (+331.85) / 19.86%

    Total overpaid: £2,065.18

Roll on March 1st. Another overpayment coming out then too!

Feb OP of £280.60. It's been bolstered by another council tax free month (I could get used to them)! It may possibly go up again if my quidco funds clear by Wednesday.

    £566.20 of £1,500 OP'd so far, or 37.7% :j

  • Number 141 checking in!

I've just made (I hope!) a £500 overpayment for February. I say hope, as when I rang up this morning to do it, I was told that they couldn't put the payment through until the 1st, so I made transfer from my current account instead. Fingers crossed it works, as I don't want to miss a month!

Does anyone know if Nationwide accept faster payments in?
