Hi Guys
OP of £200 yesterday making my mortgage balance £28158, instead of the £40414 it would have been without any OP's. 70 months knocked off the life of my mortgage. LOVE THEM FACTS.
OP's are getting squeezed however - getting harder to find extra cash. Bills going up. Petrol going up more.
I recently spent a week working in France, when they asked me to go my first thought was 'Yippee, someone else can pay my living expenses for a week - no food, no petrol!'. How sad
Don't think I will OP anything further this month but it's one of the reporting points on the MFit3 challenge on 12/03 so may have a look to see if I can eek anything out of my savings just before then. However I need to be sensible - I've been putting off spending money on the house for quite some time and recently also realised that it needs some repairs......so need to make sure I have savings to cover that.
Nothing else of interest to report.........keep up the good fight everyone and enjoy your weekends0 -
That's a great OP greent, all updated for you. Good luck with saving more and congrats on the sub account coming down.
Curlygirl those are great facts to love! I've updated the spreadsheet for you. Hope the repairs don't tally up to too much.
See you all later,
