Hi everyone
I have made a £130 overpayment today :j (#112)
I'm trying very hard not to become an over-payment addict. Seeing the numbers going down is a very nice thing! :T
Good luck everyone this month

Got paid my annual bonus today, so that's an extra £5,300 off the mortgage!
I set myself lots of mini targets to reach (I need the boost, and one annual target doesn't give me that). So this payment means that I've hit the balance I was due to reach after 3 years of having the mortgage after less than 1, and I've paid off 10% (which I'm particularly thrilled with). Forthcoming thresholds - 4 years paid (262k), and interest payments below 500 a month (257k). I'm really hoping to reach both of those before I go on maternity leave in June, though I think it's unlikely as I think there are probably a few things I'll need to spend money on before the baby arrives!
But slowly, the terrifyingly huge mortgage is finally getting a little smaller. There's still a very long way to go....MFiT T3 no 115, MFW 2015 no 65
April 2011 balance when mtg started 300,000
March 16 2015 balance - 165,972
