Put £3.37 towards my mortgage the other day. This is basically interest accrued on my two deposit accounts i have (use savings accounts instead of normal current account for the meagre but extra interest) will continue this now each month as it's a few quid i get which i never notice and it may as well go towards something meaningful
On that note i just spent £9.99 on some scales. My weight loss challenge is underway. I've been running intensely since january but nothing seems to be shifting as of yet. My 10k training is happening but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I want to look slim and nice in my dress for the grand national in April so i have motivation too. Grrr. Still undecided whether to register for the Liverpool half marathon in March tbh.

Good to see all the overpayment efforts.
I paid my normal payment of £220 made today, can't wait for a few months when I will start overpaying to clear balance this year, all being well.
Keep it up everyone :TMortgage free

Morning All,
I've updated you Southernman. As someone who is (sadly and badly) averse to running I'm afraid I can't help with the marathon question though!
AvidSaver your OP from the googledoc is noted on the spreadsheet.
See you later,

hello
have made a Feb payment of £335 taking the 2012 total to £670.
We're being a little cautious at the moment as we're remortgaging any day now and I am a bit wary of payments going astray! Hoping once the new mortgage is in place we can pay another little lump off!
hope everyone is well and I'm so happy to be in February, such a nicer month than Jan!
