    September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
    April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
    Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045

    Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 2037

    No 96 here! Paid another £50 off, big change in circumstances so minimum overpayments for now but not going down to zero till I have to.

    I think the black taxi and it was Friday night probably answers that one OM! :D

    Just realised I hadn't updated my own OP for Feb and have now put in the £698.33 paid. In either March or April, I will be fully paying off the second mortgage and my excitement is growing exponentially!
