No 28 reporting OPs for Feb totalling £1028.57 - this will hopefully increase a little (60 items listed on ebay yesterday - something has to sell from that lot!!:rotfl:)

Like you, Spiggle, I am hoping to pay off my 2nd mortgage sooner rather than later. However, as the balance on it is currently approx £10475 I won't be paying it off as soon as you're doing yours! :p Psychologically, though, I think going down to having just the one mortgage will be fabulous. I therefore want to clear it before 31st Dec so that it shows as closed for the statement this year and I can start 2013 with just sub ac 01:D

Hi greent, yes I'm so excited at just having the one mortgage shortly. Mind you it has been a struggle with the offset savings at times over the past 12 months to enable us to get here! That's a brilliant OP you've made and I wish you all the best with your ebaying. The spreadsheet has been updated accordingly.

    All updated for you Barny.

    See you later,

  • Hopefully it's not too late to join in?

I've just remortgaged, done the transfer of equity and paid off the ex, so the debt is all mine now.

Started off the year owing £196,300, but made a big (for me!) overpayment of £3400 in January when I was remortgaging. I'm not sure how overpaying is going to go (still finding my way a bit on my own!), but I reckon a sensible target for the year would be to clear that £6300.

So, a target of £6300, with £3400 already paid.

    Thanks
