    Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
    September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
    April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
    Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045

    Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 2037

    I checked up with their mortgage contact centre and apparently any residential mortgage with Natwest if overpaid through online banking pays off the capital alone!

    Thanks for this Sourtherman. Maybe I'll start overpaying when I have some pennies left over at the end of the month :).

  • Hiya-please may I be added on to the list for 2012. Not sure of the format re being assigned a number. I tried to sign up for a challenge for 2011 but not sure what happened. Please may I be assigned a number. My OP target is £6000.
