  • hi could i try again please??? i was £332 short of my target last year but i din't start at the begining.

    I would like to try for £12k capital please. I will automatically overpay £7968 through dd overpayment so just need to find the extra £4032 (some of that will be through my normal payment)

    I can't work it out my head hurts!
    I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

    September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
    April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
    Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045

    Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 2037

  • Thought I'd update for December, just made by payment and balance now stands at 21,201.71. I can't wait till January which will see balance fall below 20K. Checking the balance is becoming addictive.
