Hello all,
Fantastic pammyj, what a lovely 'rounded' way to end the year! Good luck with the repairs, I'm toying at the moment with a bit of work on our place (easier and less disruptive without animals being disturbed) and so keep changing my targets and playing on spreadsheets. It keeps me and my brain occupied!
Excellent final OP TwinnyD capping your success throughout the year.
See you all later or tomorrow,

Hello all,
From the googledoc today, we have an amazing November OP from Retireat50 who has punched through a second target for the year, congratulations. :T
Also reporting in and updated on the spreadsheet the brilliant OPs of curlygirl1971 for the last quarter of the year trampling firmly over her target. :T
May see you later or tomorrow,

December Overpayment of £3000
Slightly short of my revised target but decided to keep a bit extra aside due to xmas and new year festivities.
So, if I don't go nuts it'll be a large payment in January!
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and well done to all on our overpayments for 2012. Here's looking forward to overpaying in 2013.

Not quite sure how to record my overpayments, so thought I'd put it here. Every month this year, we have made our target and paid £500, therefore making a grand total of £6,000 overpaid this year!
When do we put our targets for 2013?!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
Mortgages (End 2017) - £180,235.03
(End 2021) - £131,215.25 DID IT!!!
(End 2022) - Target £116,213.810 -
Girlfriend has been out of work for a few months now and is trying to start her own business, meaning another probable month without an overpayment.
It's quite depressing to have been so close to my target back in July, but then not be able to hit it
It's amazing looking through the list though, so many people near or above 100%, and even those who aren't are still taking nice chunks out of their mortgage! Really good to see
Thanks again for your hard work spigs & others0 -

I've updated your great OPs pollyanna24, well done on achieving your target.
A shame blizeH but life has a way of kicking us in our best intentions! Hope you have a more stable 2013.
