Number 22....forgot about the regular op of £130 that I do on the first of every month and I just paid £27 op that I got as a refund on my electricity change over ...so an additional £157 for December....thats most definately it for me on this challenge...once again, big, big thank you to spigs and everyone else who has contributed (will update docs now!!)

I now need to save for a month or so as I need to do repointing to the side wall of my end terrace as the bricks are crumbling and attacking my neighbours plastic roof
