    Hi Spiggle,
Thank you for the spreadsheet. I love looking at everybody's progress, not just my own.
I'm not sure whether it's worth updating my target as my total mortgage now stands at.....fanfare....
    £751!!!!:j
With my regular mortgage payment and one more OP of £650 in September it will be gone
I don't think I ever imagined I would get to such a small number. It feels a little bit odd really but roll on next payday :D

    Fabulous News, Starflame! :T

Oh, I'm so jealous....but in a loving and caring way! :rotfl:

    Hello everyone,

Your lovely OP is updated icklehelen, you're miles ahead of target, well done.

You are most welcome theyorkbrood and I do get pleasure from seeing all your reducing mortgages! All updated for you.

Wow!!! Starflame that's fantastic news and I agree a bit pointless creating a new target. How will you celebrate? Have you got any luxuries or trips planned? Oooh, you lucky thing!

That's great Needhelpsaving and all updated and you are well over your target total too. Let me know if you want to change it.

And from the googledoc, another brilliant OP from you wonderbee continuing your great progress and cementing your position well ahead of target for the year to date.

ETA - We cross posted greent but I have now updated your July figure and the wonderful August OP too. Well done on blasting through your second target of the year, that's truly inspirational. Let me know if you want to amend again.

So that's all done for today and I'll see you all tomorrow.

    Take care,
    Spigs

OP Target for 2014 £1500 Mortgage now £43745
  • Wow Starflame thats amazing! and inspirational! :)

No 048 checking in with a joint overpayment for august and september of £2272. so I guess thats £1386 for august and the same for september. The elusive £50k mortgage barrier is still a few grand away. The nearer we get the further its seems!!!
Thanks Spiggle for keeping us all up to date :) I must go update my sig.

    xx

    Good evening,

Cracking OPs there rainbowcattail, all updated for you and you are well ahead of the year to date target. I know the round number milestones are important but knocking £12k off your mortgage total in only 10 months is pretty impressive!

From the googledoc, a brilliant OP southernman is updated along with your amended current target.

See you all tomorrow, take care,
    Spigs
