    Afternoon all.

Only a little OP this month of £50. Just come off our deal and managed to secure a nice fixed rate for 5 years. Unfortunately the monthly payments have increased a little from our previous deal, so things will be a bit tighter.

Hopefully I will manage to pay more in before the end of the month.

All updated in my sig :)
    Total Mortgage OP £61,000
    Outstanding Mortgage £27,971
    Emergency Fund £62,100
I AM NOW MORTGAGE NEUTRAL!!!! <<Sep-20>>

    Hello everyone,

Great sales again Barny, all updated for you.

Lovely OP pammyj74 that's now updated for you. There is a discrepancy betwen your sig and the googledoc. The spreadsheet shows £100 more OPd than your sig. Which is correct please?

Congratulations on your new arrival wrigleydl, a beautiful baby girl! This is the time that the money can easily flow out so well done for making the OP.

    See you all later,

    Hi All,

Welcome kandfs mam, our newest challenger. You are at No.30 on the spreadsheet and your OPs for the year have been listed. Glad to tell you that it is slightly more than you had calculated, only six pounds but every penny helps! Good luck with your challenge for the remainder of the year.

A great OP Parnott, all updated for you, well done.

Ok, mothershipton, message understood. Is it likely to be during this year that you'll be restarting OPs?

Lovely OP sweetdaisy, all updated for you.

Nice OP MoneyMission all listed on the spreadsheet.

Getting so close for you now JockTight, how exciting! Latest OP is updated.

    See you all later,
    Spigs

im hoping so, purchase should be completed quite quickly but we are putting a large deposit down. I did overpay 0.94 to make the balance a round number by the end of the month but that didnt really work !!
