    Hello everyone
I know I am coming to the party late but can I join in too please? At the end of last year I set myself a target of OPing a min of £500 a month and have been on track but I could do with a bit of encouragement from likeminded folk to help me keep at it.

My OPs for 2012 have so far been:
    Jan: £475.02
    Feb: £623.88
    Mar: £566.21
    Apr: £521.31
    May: £417.08
    Jun: £569.02
    Jul: £564.85
    Total: £3731.37

I have a pretty spreadsheet made up and become obsessed by it and always like to finish the month with the mortgage at a round number. It is currently sitting at £72000 with an original finish date of Oct 2028 though with the OPs I've made since my LBM in Jan 2011 this is now Aug 2026 :D

ETA: Mortgage is with HSBC on a lifetime tracker of base +1.1% with unlimited OPs
    Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000
    Current mortgage  £28,000

    Hi All,

Welcome kandfs mam, our newest challenger. You are at No.30 on the spreadsheet and your OPs for the year have been listed. Glad to tell you that it is slightly more than you had calculated, only six pounds but every penny helps! Good luck with your challenge for the remainder of the year.

A great OP Parnott, all updated for you, well done.

Ok, mothershipton, message understood. Is it likely to be during this year that you'll be restarting OPs?

Lovely OP sweetdaisy, all updated for you.

Nice OP MoneyMission all listed on the spreadsheet.

Getting so close for you now JockTight, how exciting! Latest OP is updated.

    See you all later,
    Spigs
