    Hello everyone,

Lovely OP uzubairu which smashes your target to smithereens!!! Brilliant.

Very much enjoying the olympics cardiffmatch, thank you. Your great OP is listed.

Ah, diolch pavlovs_dog, wi'n iawn nawr, gobeithio. Your lovely July payment is updated.

From the googledoc, glitterball your wonderful July OP is updated for you.

First of my increased OPs went out today. Now the credit card is clear I have another £100 to chuck at the mortgage every month (though really it would be better served going into my savings account!) so I've updated my own record. My reg savings (kept to offset) will go out later in the month and then be added to the spreadsheet.

See you all later and take care,
    Spigs

    Afternoon all.

It's the 1st of the month so my standard mortgage payments and all my DDs have come out of my current account.

As I can't bear to have an unrounded number on the mortgage I have made OPs today of £116.71 to take our mortgage to £71500.

According to my spreadsheet the final repayment date has now moved forward a month to July 26 (assuming no further OPs) so I've knocked 2 yrs and 3 months off the term in the 21 months since my LBM. i'm just kicking myself that we plodded along in blissful ignorance of the world of OPing for 8 years before I found this site

Will make another OP at the end of the month when I know what cash we have left - I split whatever is left between savings account & mortgage OP.

Here's to a good month fellow OPers
    Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000
    Current mortgage  £28,000
