Awesome, thank you Spiggle! Not an awful lot of help, but before hitting post it could be worth hitting Ctrl + A (select all) then Ctrl + C (copy) so you don't lose any content :)

    MFW #133

Made an overpayment for June of £350 - taking the total this year to £2520. So after half the years' overpayments (unless we get lucky and can overpay more!) we're at 63% of our £4000 target...which makes me very happy!!:)
    MFW 2015 so far..... £1808.70
    :) 2014 - £1451 2013 - £1600 2012 - £4145 2011 - £5715 2010 - £3258:)
Big new mortgage from 2017

    #47 checking in.
No OP for May as have been paying for our holiday in China this summer.
June OP 1205 - not as much as hoped but the holiday needs paying for!
Next month will be much better.
    Thanks,

well thanks to overtime from work on top of the normal £ss we can chuck at the mortgage, May turned out to be a very healthy month for OPing. May's total was £515.13, which included the £20 reported on 7th May.

2012 OPs to date total £1494.08 or 99.6% of target.

We have some fairly costly work to do on the house over the summer which will inevitably slow possible repayments somewhat. However even making basic budgeted OPs until the end of the year, we are on target to comfortably hit £2k of OPs for 2012.

Come September, we'll clear our first £10k from the balance we borrowed when the mortgage started 2 years ago. We have saved almost 70p/day in interest, and are inching closer to my aim of being sub £105k when we can remortgage in 2012. Baby steps, but they are in the right direction.

    Hi All,

Thanks for the advice blizeH, I try to remember to do it but when I'm listing a lot and switching between tabs/screens I tend to forget. :o

A great OP katiegizmo and a brilliant percentage of target already achieved, well done.:D

You're not far off target evi3000 and I'm green with envy for your holiday in China, I hope you thoroughly enjoy.

Wow pavlovs_dog, almost at target and only halfway through the year, absolutely brilliant. :T

So do I keep researching laptops or go watch the river pageant? Hmmm decisions, decisions, ...

    Take care,
    Spigs

    Morning all!
Looks like everyone is doing great! :)
I read this and then remembered I had signed up! :rotfl:
    Hello all!
    Count me in pls!!
Id like to aim for savings of £15000 for the year (new years resolutions are nothing without a challenge!! :p)

    Happy xmas all

So *ahem* just need to do some maths to figure out how Im getting on towards my £15,000 goal! ;)

Ok maths done... I think (not my strong point!!) surprisingly almost on target (didnt think I would be as have confused myself moving money here there and everywhere!!)

Current savings since end of Dec 2011 total :

    £7051.88 / £15000

So by 31st Dec 2012 I have £7948.12 to raise!! Thats 7 paydays so approx £1135.50 per month!!

    Hi All,

Thanks for letting me know froddington, cheers.

A great OP Jock_Tight all updated for you. You must be getting excited looking at your sig and how little you have to go, congratulations.

No problem Deleted_User, I've put the whole lot into May as you mention 7 more paydays. By the way, you're No.94.

From the googledoc, another great OP trills, all updated for you.

Also dark^knight your lovely OP is now on the spreadsheet too.

    See you all later.

    Take care,
    Spigs

As of today my total mortgage is.... £3,999 :D
I can't quite believe it but I'm really nearly there!

My new job hasn't turned out to be as big a pay cut as expected and the boss intends to give me a rise in September so I'll probably be earning pretty much what I was before but by then...hopefully....Mortgage Free.

My current target...to have it paid off on August 28th. I really can't wait!
