    Morning All,

Every penny in an OP counts Yargo1, all updated for you. Good luck on clearing the last of the ground rent.

Yippee indeed unhappy_shopper, ahead of target at 53.33%, brilliant.

From the googledoc, an excellent OP twistedhazel, all updated for you, well done.

Also, rjlawler your great May OP is logged and your target amended. You stand at 90% of original and 54% of new target and not even halfway through for you. Great stuff!

Finally for now, hannahnightmare your excellent OP is now on the spreadsheet and you too are well ahead at 60% of target, good going.

    See you all later,
