    No 048 reporting in with £1360 overpayment for June. I actually did it yesterday as thought it was the 1st right up until midday :)

    EMFD was Feb 32 :eek: NOW Dec 2013 its Dec 2016
    MF new target Dec 16 REACHED!! :j

    Spent the last 6 months not sure whether to save, or overpay the mortgage - finally today went for the latter (though my mortgage is only 2.5%, I'm struggling to find any savings account consistently offering a better rate without bonuses etc) so managed to overpay £3k - pretty good feeling :)
