Payday today, so another 1800 off the mortgage. Not as much as I'd hoped for but I'm putting a bit aside each month for when I go on maternity leave, and I've also been shopping for the baby :o (not too excessively, but there are some essentials that I've had to buy - a cot for one!)

No 151 here reporting for duty!

Total of £500 overpayments this month. I'm pleased as I've only been in on this for just over a week.

I will know for sure that I am entirely free of unsecured debt by the middle of next month. This will be the first time I haven't had such debts since having access to credit aged 18, so I will now be able to focus on the mortgage.

Assuming I clear the remaining credit card balance (it's just a matter of the interest that accrued this month) I have a plan to meet my target of paying off £6000 of mortgage by the end of 2012; in fact if all goes without any hitch I may overshoot by about £900 huzzah!

I shall celebrate tonight with the leftovers from my batch cooking last night...
    Debt free as of 01/06/13
MFW: Mortgage when started: £205,000 Mortgage 21/11/13 £202,608 Offset target 2014: £5088/£12000 Planned payoff date: August 2026 LTV: 86.3% Daily interest: £21.55
