Thanks Lil. Don't worry about missing the party. All you missed was a teddy bear tea party and me blatantly stealing cake from macpumpkin and embarrassing myself on the dance floor with my own personal rendition of the macarena!!!

After the lovely responses I think I will carry on with my diary until I'm in a place where I can OP the mortgage, and then I'll just move around the corner.

I *ahem* may have done forward rolls round my living room when I finally sorted everything. Was all alone (thank goodness), and it made me giggle (read 'laugh like a loon') and it was free....

Great idea on the forward rolls. Perhaps I should attempt a cart wheel

Celebrations will definitely require no spending. That's what makes it so hard to come up with anything though, but you've definitely cracked it with doing things that make you giggle (aka laugh like a loon!) Thanks Ms Nora.
