Items delivered after being canceled

Because they are such a dodgy outfit.
maybe but does not say they will take the money again. in this case most liklely they have used a dropshipper the OP canceled then refunded by never cancelled the order with the dropshipper, so the dropshipper has sent the goods out. the refused goods would of been returned to the original sender the dropshipper and not the seller.0 -

All true, but I'd rather have the goods in case edock take the money again. Just wouldn't trust them especially as we don't know who actually sent the goods.0 -
they many be a strange company but if you look at how the OP puts it. they requested payment he paid this was placed in his banks holding system and then after he cancelled the money returned to his account as active funds, so in effect edock never had their hands on his money which reading the details about the company the OP was lucky. All true, but I'd rather have the goods in case edock take the money again. but refusing the delivery does not mean they would take money because the goods were returned. companies like this would 100% use dropshippers as it is easier for them to do a runner.0 -

My concern would be be that edock would only take note of the goods were shipped, they may ignore the goods were returned bit.
I know it's a nuisance for the OP to have the goods, but I still feel it's better that way.0 -

but you mark the courier slip/system as refused, so the courier has a record of it being refused/returned, also it will be logged with the dropshipper as returned.
as it stands now then edock have a legal right to recover the money as he OP has retained the goods, so thier is more chance now of them taking his money.0 -
It's more likely edock would charge op for goods they have taken receipt of than goods rejected at the front door! Taking the line 'but if I return them they may charge me' is ludicrous imo.0

A company like that could take the money either way, at least now the OP has the goods.
Anyway just my opinion, lets agree to disagree

Look I will be honest I don't know much about delivery companies etc sorry that is why I came on this forum but I sure as hell do know about the internet as I am network + and CCNA qualified but made the mistake of not seeing the DNS address is down in turn meaning the hosting account is no longer active. So yes you are correct the @edock.tv email will not work anymore as the host address is no longer resolving meaning it won't make it to the destination mail server.
I will write the letter today hopefully and send it first class tomorrow, any tips texranger or anyone as to what I should write etc. Many thanks.0 -

send it recorded and then hopefully the postman that delivers it may asked for a signature, then you know its been delivered.
just explain calmly that you cancelled on xx date and the money was refunded but then on xx the item was delivered xx days after i cancelled.
also say you no longer want this item, so could they arrange for this to be collected within 7 days of this letter.
keep a copy of the letter0 -
