oops not thinking straight , has a day without phone or internet as BT sorted a line fault.
anyway the phone number on whois which is an 0844 number does not bring any result for a std landline through saynoto0870.
the email given will not work as the site has no dns setting correct.
the address is correct and looks residential
Exactly my point, all I can do at this point is try that email and well lets all just wait and see. :T0 -

yes this will work when you placed the order as the website was up and running, but the website is gone. the domain has not website attached it is a dead domain, so their is no emails attached to it any longer.
they has the domain registered with a registrar which all it is a domain name. the domain name needs to have hosting to have a website and email account. if a domain is not associated with a host then it will have neither a website or email functions
you could have
cs@edock.tv
bestsite@edock.tv
wescam@edock.tv
etc.
but all useless as the domain has nothing associated with it.

Might have been a good thing that the delivery guy didn't take the goods back, as they may have taken the money again.
You have done all you can, just store the goods for a while and see what happens.0 -

The OP can't be expected to know all that, and so if he sends an email to the email address on his previous communication then he has done all he can.
As he had cancelled the order and been refunded several weeks ago, is this delivery now 'unsolicited goods'?0 -

No. For the goods to be unsolicited there needs to be no previous request either by the recipient or on their behalf. The goods remain the property of the sender. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

whioch i explained earlier to him that emails wont work as their is no site or host account assigned to the domain, so therefore no emails set up on the domain.0 -

why would they take the money again when you return goods.
but you would not have returned them as you never took charge of them you refused them, which the OP should of insisted that the delivery driver took them away.
reading all the OPs comments it looks like they dont have much of a clue on how delivery companies or even the internet works.0
