Morning all:)
Life can be a bit kack at times:(. I had a massive falling out with OH last Sunday it was so bad I told him I needed a break. I new he was getting more wound up these last few weeks with his anxiety and depression and unfortunately I felt the brunt of it with some nasty nasty bitter comments after the birthday party.
I decided that I had enough and that this relationship wasn't going anywhere. So I was to pick my things up on Monday evening from his house. Of course on Monday I was a wreck but it was my choice to end things. I texted him to check what time he would be in at to get my stuff and he asked if I wanted dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got round there and he apologised and begged me to give it another go. So I'm a bit pathetic and agreed to give it a go if he promises to finish his course with his counsellor. I think he is so caught up in his woes that he doesn't see how it affects me.
Ok fed up ramble over.
On money front not much to say - I'm still in debt:o and the credit card has increased but it is now in 2 pieces so less chance it will be used for a while.
So debts are sitting at £3199:o but my holiday savings are at £450:). Next month I will be back under the £3000 level:T
i'm being very good on the spendy front (for once
).
My ED is under control and I think the binge urges have certainly decreased but I was amazed that with all the stress of "breaking up" with OH I didn't resort to the crappy ED behaviour. So pat on the pack for me.
Today's plans -
- gym - don't want to go but physio says if I work hard over the next 3 weeks then I'll be back running
- take nephew no 2 to ball park
- escort mother round Mr Ts (still trying to shop locally where possible)
- ironing
- clean bedroom, kitchen, hall and living room
Will be back later to update:D

Evening MSE world:D
All the bits and bobs I planned to do on Saturday were done and I can't believe tomorrow is Thurs.
Well money front it isn't pretty:o. I have 7 days to pay day and i have £130 to last me to then which normally wouldn't be carp but I have a girly weekend ahead of me. The plan is
Thurs - NSD
Fri - NSD
Sat - £60 (the taxi will be £20 on it's own) + £10 circuits
Sun - £10 at OHs
The problem is that the girly day will involve eating & drinking so it could creep up but it will be so worth it as we've not been out in ages.

Morning MSE world:wave:
I'm sitting here with a cup of tea & Gloria Gaynor is playing on the radio "I will survive" - what a wonderful start to the morning:D.
Well it was lashing with rain all day yesterday and I got a wee text message from the circuit trainer to say that circuits is cancelled as the pitch is flooded and the lifeguards are busy:). Secretly pleased:p
I'm going to have to dive back into my wardrobe as I had decided what i was going to wear to the girly liquid lunch this afternoon however it involved sandals or peep toe shoes and I now think wellys would be more appropriate.
This week has been a week of necessities - Dental check up (£21.16) and my smear test (but hopefully I won't need to go back for another 3 years).
OH is being so kind at the minute (he should be, he was a right pratt the other weekend) and has given me money towards my lunch today.
I think I have been pretty good this month. Yes I spent money on things I shouldn't have but I really reduced the frittering down quite a bit and am quite pleased with that.
Up to pay day I have to pay for -
- Sat - 2 taxis, Lunch & drinks
- Sun - paper
- Mon - circuits
- Tues - NSD
- Wed - Pay day:T
I'm out and about a good bit this week from work which is brilliant and I'm going to be working about 10 mins from home.
So need to hit the shower and then drag OH out of bed.

Morning MSE world
Well I haven't got much change out of £60 after Saturday night
. The taxis alone were £20:eek: but you know what? it was worth every penny:D. We went to for lunch and a few cocktails and then we hit a few bars and the craic was brilliant. Two of my friends are new mum's and I haven't seen them much this last year so it was great to catch up. However today and yesterday I was so grateful for flat shoes. Some of the girls had enough sense to put pumps in their handbags for later on but not me:o
So another confession - my credit card which I had snipped again was back in action yesterday. Ok it was planned and it was to book my holiday but I have edged over the grand mark but it just goes to show how easy that is. The positive is that OH owes me £250 which will come of the total but at the minute I'm going to plug away as if it is my debt if that makes sense. So the card is sitting at £1250 but that includes flights, accommodation and insurance in Italy in Oct. I have money in the holiday fund but I will leave it there for a little while longer.
Yesterday was a lazy day as although i didn't feel like i had a hangover I still felt shattered. I watched F1 and a bit of the England match.
I get paid on Wed so I'm going to look at the budget and see what I can afford to put towards the debt.
Have a great day everyone.:D

Hi all
Monday done and dusted. I promised myself I would be going to circuits tonight but surprise surprise I'm rooted to the sofa:o
I can do so much in the mornings but in the evenings I just want to sleep.
2 more days to pay day and on a positive note I have £70 in travel expenses heading my way.

Hi all
This is going to be a quick update and I'm away:D.
I've started the month by overspending but what's new. I need to reign it in this week but I'm going to the beauticians and a wedding.
I'm heading to work early as our head office was flooded last week and all the small satellite offices have to try and accommodate as many as we can. I know that the junior staff are hoping that when they turn up at my office I will have no space and they will have to go home:D. I also know that my staff wish we had been flooded out. My sources in the know reckon it could take a month to fix everything that was destroyed (there is some sort of substation in the basement of HQ which was destroyed).
So I've joined the monthly NSD challenge and set my target at 10 NSDs. I managed it last month and with a bit of planning I should be ok this month.

I'm also going to use this diary a bit more with regards to spends to try and reign me in.
Plans this week -
Papers - £4.25
Tues - £5 fitness class
Wed - NSD
Thurs - £30 beauticians + £36 physio
Fri - £10 (chinese & wine)
Sat - £30 wedding.
Sun - NSD
Total = £115.25
Hopefully I can stick close to these budgets0 -
Morning all
Nothing spent yesterday I didn't even buy the paper. Today's plans are supposed to involve a fitness class but can't be bothered. However I went to give blood last night and they turned me down for low iron, I've been eating really well (sometimes too well:o) so was a bit surprised that my iron is down. Though this might explain why I am so tired and drained at the minute.
I need to get into work earlier as I'm still playing musical chairs with the evacuees from the other building:)0 -
Morning MSE world
Today is day 5 of the great chair shuffle in work. The numbers I'm trying to accommodate are increasing and the space I have left in work is zilch. I hate disappointing people so going to have a quick shower and head in early again.
I've got to be in a meeting by 11 which is 50 miles from where I work so I guess it's going to be a busy day:D
I'm currently downloading (free) an intuitive eating app from a bulimia support website I use. It's time to move from structured eating to intuitive. I tried it before but I couldn't do it but it's time to try again:o I don't know if this is the right time for me but it's almost 10 months since I started recovery so we'll give it a go.
I need to hit the shops today but it's only for diesel and some iron supplements.
Wish me luck.0 -
Morning all
Very eventful night last night. I was driving to OHs and noticed that his road had been resurfaced and there were loads of loose chippings. OH went to bed about 10.30 and I sat up reading and went to bed at 11.30. Within 5 mins I could hear a car coming down the road flying and the next thing I heard was a massive bang. I leapt out of bed and there was a car on it's roof infront of the house. Thank goodness there was only a driver and he managed to get out of the car in one piece. The police showed up really quickly but I wasn't back in bed until 2.
So things are ticking over in my life. My best mate wants me to visit her in Glasgow so I am checking dates for that and cheapest flights.
I have a lot to do today
- spray weedkiller everywhere;
- cut monster hedge;
- brush and powerhose yard.
I'm doing ok on intuitive eating but I had stomach pains yesterday so couldn't tell if I was hungry or not.:o
So time for breakfast and then I will tackle the hedge.0
