Afternoon all,
Just back in from a very blustery and run/jog but I loved it. I have precisely 14 weeks until I'm standing at the start line of the Rome marathon on 10 April and it's time to get serious about training.
My plan for my week ahead is -
Mon - 4
Wed - 5
Fri - 5
Sun - 6
I have to do a fair bit of strengthening exercises to stop my knee from playing up.
Yesterday was a bit spendy as I went to the cinema but apart from that I had no other spends. So far today has been an NSD but I'm not sure what we are having for dinner tonight so there could be spends.0 -

Hi all
It's been a manic week so haven't updated weekly spends but I've been good as no time to get to shops.
I'm volunteering at a running event tomorrow and expect to be frozen however it's an opportunity to see elite athletes. Running going well so far & I have an 8 mile run/walk on Sunday.
OH working this weekend so I have plenty of time for myself:)

Hi
I've not been great at updating recently as I've been so busy but things are ticking along and I've done well on the NSDs.
My laptop has also been sick as I dropped it:o, OH has it working again but it's not well.
I was at doggy class on Tuesday which was interesting. Lots of lovely nervous pups but my pup was fine. I'm taking leave next week so looking forward to not having to get up so early.

Hi all
It is lovely having a weeks leave in January - it's not such a depressing month. I'm watching housing enforcers and I'm stunned at the squalor people live in - I haven't resorted to Jeremy Kyle yet.
Plans today -- hoover
- wash doors
- run (3 miles)
- dog class.

Hi all
So house is nice and tidy and OH is out at the shops. I've managed 18 NSDs so far this month which I'm really chuffed with. I have a few things on the shopping list for the 1st Feb but at the moment I might make my target of 20 NSDs:D. Hoping for an NSD tomorrow and Sunday.
Money front - I opened a 2nd current account this morning so that I can transfer money into it which is the spending money for the month and I'm leaving everything else in my 1st account. The theory is that I can't touch that money until the 1st of the month and once it's gone its gone so no dipping into my main account.
I took my Mum and pup a walk in the forest this morning, it was incredibly slow but it was lovely. I then met my cousin for a coffee at her Mums. I've really enjoyed my leave but am starting to count down to being back to work. I'm out for lunch with an ex colleague tomorrow and he insists on paying. Saturday I'm out for dinner with my sister for a birthday party and I've got to take nephew to football match. Sunday I have zero plans and I hope it stays that way.
