Scratch the surface and you find a bit more, seems Techno bay are connected to another site baymobile.co.uk

Problem is that the domain is registered in the US, and the website is also hosted in the US (in a different state). Trading Standards will probably say it's outside their jurisdiction.

Their website maybe but as an ltd company they are registered in the UK according to companies house webcheck.

If they really exist then they must be renting an office over the NHS Inscape offices!
