    From techno-bay.com support:

"Yes the price is correct. All of our iPads are brand new, original and come in their original sealed box with 1 year of manufacturer warranty.

    Some Ref: resources.alibaba.com/topic/801078026/Looking_to_buy_a_Samsung_Galaxy_S2.htm"

Let me point out that I'm posting this for skeptics to confirm this is a scam because I am skeptical too. The price is so good, I just want to believe :)

The problem with that link is that it is from Jun/July this year. Before the current site was registered and before the LTD company existed.

Interesting... Technobay apparently are keen on Western Union payments, as we all know payment by Western Union is always recomended. - 8 out of 10 people looking for help transfering money from Nigeria recomend it....

Oh just in case anyone is still insisting Techno Bay Ltd is legit, they are not registered at Companies House, do not quote a company number and therefore in breach of the Companies Act 2006 Sections 65,76,82,86

Will some just tell trading standards and get this out fit closed.

That alibaba link is worth checking-out.

The poster praising technobay appears to display a very variable grasp of English across his posts - Almost like several people sharing the same identity.

Then, if you look at the other supportive posters, some of them appear to be the very same people on other threads - All of whom have very low postcounts.

So baj0357 - Thanks for giving us very clear proof that Technobay are indeed a bunch of scammers! :)

Glad I can help! Was pretty close to losing money. I also noted that the ipad 2 model they posted in details was for a 16 gb model. Support said the model was wrong on their site and would change it but haven't seen it yet. techno-bay.com site had model MC769LL/A for a 64 gb.

    From everymac.com/systems/apple/ipad/specs/apple-ipad-2-wi-fi-specs.html

"*MC769LL/A is the order number for the 16 GB configuration in black. The 32 GB configuration in black is assigned MC770LL/A and the 64 GB configuration in black is assigned MC916LL/A. The 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB configurations in white are assigned MC979LL/A, MC980LL/A, and MC981LL/A, respectively."

Honest mistake or by design :question::question:

    Regardless, I'm done with techno-bay.com.
  • Yup, here's the response I got from ordering.

To proceed with a money transfer you must send £266.55 via Western Union to Techno Bay Ltd. Payment Manager:

your Western Union transfer receipt to confirm your payment.

If everyone mentions Techno Bay in their posts, then the Google bots will index all the instances, anyone then wanting to check via Google before purchasing *should* end up on this thread. :D
    Move along, nothing to see.
