As it goes, receiving software is not a concern of mine. That will actually be the only way that they end up having to honour these orders:
By sending the goods, they are completing the contract. However, the screen grabs, email confirmations etc all state a100 laptop, so they will then be liable to send the goods actually specified in the contract.
Bottom line is it will never reach that stage, but anyone still holding on to miniscule hope, should actually be hoping to receive some software in the post in next two weeks!0 -
just checked my order status again and the delivery date and "order being processed" details have now disappeared0

If you care to read the conditions correctly it states 'Non returnable under our approval guarantee ONCE INSTALLED OR CONNECTED, your statutory rights are not affected'
So even though you may be missold an item, which gives rights anyway for return/refund. You can still send it back if the shrink wrap is untouched!0 -
