The price of the average three-bedroom semi will go up by more than £25,000 by 2016
Part of the great story in the Express today.
Really makes sense and puts the bears latest ' It's here' crash talk to the sword.
Could I please ask people like Geneer who have no means to buy. Can you refrain from posting any comments?
What you think or want is irrelevant.
I feel sorry for you but you are not in the game. You are wasting forum space by commenting.
Why don't you join a Ferrari club forum and harp on about if prices drop 80% you will buy one?
Stop wasting your time and ours.
House prices are stable and going to rise. Read the story. Think about it. It's FACT.
I can smell the fear:)0 -
It's fine saying you are a home owner and do not want prices to rise if you plan living in your house.
I'm either selling mine or living off the rent money in Thailand. I want house prices to go through the roof.
My comments have really hurt the HPC team today. It's made me smile.
Once i become a home owner i hope house prices continue to fall.
Piece of pi55 to move up the ladder that way i reckon.
Hows the mrs:)0 -

Well then I suggest you have a good wash and settle down with a nice cup of cocoa.
I'm sure your mum will make you one.;)“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Ha.
The "mummy looking after you" jibe coming from Hamish. Excellent.
Who gave you thousands of pounds to get yourself a house Hamish? Would that be....I dunno....Mummy and Daddy!?
You fool.0 -
The good thing about Express headlines is they reach a hell of a lot of people.
Totally agree Sibley.
The Express headlines reach a lot of people ..... and I'm sure by now that the majority of those people realise that the Express headlines are a joke .....

They are a laughing stock .... we had the 7th warmest October on record and are on course for the warmest November ever .....0 -
surely people must realise any 'news' in a paper is there purely to increase sales, whether or not its true isn't a factor0

The Daily Sport used to print some excellent factual stories. Shame it shut up shop or I might have been a millionaire by now if I followed their business advice.0 -
