Yes, that's right as well. I'm in this for me. I don't care about who is priced out. I want as much as possible when I sell my house.

I'm still waiting for that apology ;)

Surely that means all the so called bears would be acting exactly the same as me if the shoe was on the other foot?

Everyone wants to look after themselves. It's human nature.

Not necessarily. Some people actually care about others and the country as a whole. Don't judge others by your own selfish standards. I own a house, however, I would rather prices stagnated for the next 30 years than boom like they have over the last 30 years.
I want to live in a country that has a thriving, sustainable economy where hard work is rewarded and the cost of living isn't prohibitive.
  • Personally, i'd quite like the value of my house to roughly follow inflation - otherwise it's actually loosing money

I'm a house owner who'd like to see prices drop 25% in real terms over the next decade. I'm a former student who would happily pay more to subsidise the education of today's students.

Investing in the future and happiness of others is reason enough for me to do it, however I like to think that improving the world and the lives of those on it does improve my own life by extension.

Keep looking out for yourself, after all with an attitude like that no one else is going to.

I'm not selfish at all, I let people stay in my properties ...... lovely properties they are too!

They, in return, allow me to have access into their Bank Accounts to pay for such things as the Mortgage, repairs and suchlike.

Yes, they will have bought my properties for me - but, they have used my roof for protection for all those years.

I deserve a medal I think? Could some renters please nominate me for an award of somesuch?

    Thank you.

Yes, and thats very important for bears, given the pounding they have taken over the last few years ..

    :rotfl:Riiiiiight.
Your faulty memories suggest that you've taken a fair few blows to the head yourself.

It's fine saying you are a home owner and do not want prices to rise if you plan living in your house.

I'm either selling mine or living off the rent money in Thailand. I want house prices to go through the roof.
My comments have really hurt the HPC team today. It's made me smile.

Really makes sense and puts the bears latest ' It's here' crash talk to the sword.

Could I please ask people like Geneer who have no means to buy. Can you refrain from posting any comments?

Come on Simpley. I can't imagine derision or disregard is what your trolling is intended to generate.

You really want to find yourself another arch-nemesis. Someone who takes you more seriously.

Maybe you should try aquaman. ;)

Hate to break it to you, but people generally don't get 'hurt' by someone who types like a 10-year old.
