payday on Friday :-) No gym since Thursday as I have been ill

I feel pretty miserable at the moment so I need to get into a positive mideset:

    Positive things:
    1. Am back at work after two days ill so still employed
    2. Payday in two days and can put some more in the savings
    3. Apart from the regular niggles, aches and pains, etc. I am fundamentally healthy (i think) and have lost weight slowly and consistently this month.
    4. I have a wonderful boyfriend who is kind, gentle, hardworking, intelligent and snuggly
    5. Have enough money to live comfortably and a small safety net. Also still have some vouchers from Christmas left over to spend on frivolities
