going to try and lose as much weight as possible in the next week to ensure I win my Diet bet - will eat 1200 calories per day and make sure I do all my gym workouts. etc. Had a rubbish week this week, stuffing my piggly little face

Gym tonight, mostly weights - running at the end.

Want some money for my sealed pot challenge! Wheres all the coinage? WHERE?

I am waiting for some money from the health cash back

that is a perfect amount to lose in a week - well done my weight loss is much slower I manage half a pound a week on a good week (medication)

if you love pasta type meals there is something called slim noodles very low calories and acceptable alternative also great for asian dishes that require noodles

if you are a daily weigher (many are) there is an app called happy scale that you input your weight daily and after about 7 days gives you a predicted rate of lose and a predicted qoal weight

    A
    Emergency fund £10,000
    Several categories with savings in
    Cars, house maintenance, birthdays
Etc I have about 10 categories

Really happy to be debt free after being a compulsive spender
