    Aw thanks Z :grouphug:

Am a bit calmer about it today as had a very useful meeting with potential for helping my situation later on. And am getting back into the MSc stuff. (Dunno why I thought I didn't have enough material when I was freaking out, I seem to have stacks upon stacks of articles now :rotfl: .)

And I haven't gone over my hours as I came back home rather than rush back to go into the office. Progress :)

You have meetings? And they're useful? (Where's the fainting smiley?)
with potential for helping my situation later on.

Oh? Wozzup? (PM me if you wish)

It's mood altering perception. Things are always worse when you feel bad.

    Lucky vibes headed your way...

Good luck with the allotment Rosa, I've got one that I don't go to enough. I'm going to be able to go for an hour each evening now the clocks have gone forwards though :D sooo amazing being able to grow your own, I've got rhubarb that's growing taller each day sat just by the front door. Everytime I go past it I'm amazed at the little life growing.

    Sleep well xx

Right, well I haven't got hold of allotment guy yet but will keep trying, so continue lucky vibes please :). Would be great if that works as a friend of mine is now moving to the area and would probably share.

I have also finally got straightened out after moving - all bills are now sorted, and all major purchases for the house are done (shed, hoover, etc). After today's payday transfers this leaves me with a net status of -£10,832 :(. It's a little less than I owed in October 11, so the move has been rather a knockback - though that's not least due to the £1,000 deposit and £180 agent's fee, never mind the increased rent. However... a friend is now looking in this area and I think I was very lucky to get what I have for what I'm paying - she will be paying about £150 a month more  for a less nice flat. I went for my usual method of taking somewhere that needed a bit of TLC and I shall probably leave it in a rather better state than I found it. I do love this little flat - it's a good location, so near friends, has a garden and parking, and is quiet, so am not sure I could ask for more really. Especially if I get a nearby allotment :)

Also, I have now heard that there will be a bit of money coming from my gran's estate and I think I shall simply put that towards debts and call it my flat deposit, so that they are sort of cancelled out and it's like my gran helped me start in my own place, iyswim. So that will help cancel a bit of the knockback out. (So will returning a couple of the fab dresses and the Ea5t impulse buys :o:rotfl:.) Even without that, I think I should be into 4 digits by the end of May... which would be the first time in years and will be a good boost.

Something must be sinking in as I popped into Tesco's and actually got my phone out for a calculator to check the offers... which is just as well because the offer wasn't the cheapest option! Didn't manage to take lunch in and ended up in M&S again... but did manage to only buy sarnie, no drink, and picked up supply of Percy Pigs so I have less excuse to go back :rotfl: ... progress again :D

I left work on time today too :T and went to pole class so am feeling virtuous :rotfl:

At £50 a tank for petrol I may have to reconsider getting a bike after all  . Wasn't intending to contribute to the panic buying but had the warning light on and was going to Sainsbugs anyhow - decided to get it on the way in juuuust in case. As I only left work at 7 I thought everybody else would have been and gone. Wrong - the fuel station was closed when I came out 40 mins later.

Fab mac has arrived and is just as fab as I remembered from last summer only half the price :D. Replacement dresses and skirt have also arrived but news there is not so good... despite all the size guide checking, the dress is too big and the skirt too small :(. I think I'll have to give up on the skirt as ordering a bigger size again would mean it fitted lower on the hips and combined with more volume of material it would just make my hips look twice the size. The dress just doesn't look as good as the 10 - the puffs at the shoulder look much bigger and the length is wrong by a couple of inches. Can't decide yet whether to switch it for the 10 again or just give in gracefully and return it.

Spent a whopping £60 in Sainsbugs but it did include extras for freezing and stuff for work lunches - I do want to work on that as it's an annoying unplanned drain of cash that does give a whole of fun in return. Also decided that I must try out online shopping since it would save me hassle as well as petrol. (And mean that I didn't miss out on the emergency pizzas offer :p:p )

Work may get rather complicated next week as there is likely to be some news about allocation. I think my stuff should turn out OK but will be glad when it's clear.

Still no reply from allotment bloke... will try him again tomorrow.

    Is it that bad?

I must admit, I've not been out recently, so I've not seen anything.

Pedal kind... being a hopeless daydreamer I think I'd be even less likely to survive on a motorbike.

You'll have seen the news by now, so yes it is bonkers. Am glad I did get mine as it was on empty :rotfl:
