    Don't panic about changing RAM on a Dell I would even consider letting my DH do it, and while fantastic with things mechanical, not an electronics bod at all (between us can tackle anything :D ). I have done mine, and all it is to take the screws out of the memory cover, they are straight in front of you, then take out he old, and slot in the new, just touching the case to earth youreself, before you remove and add.

    BTW if you click on the biox with 4 arrows facing each way out, then the u-tube will go to full screen size? ;) DG
