Hard to know what to do housewise isn't it, I don't really want to increase our mortgage as it's quite big at the moment but in 5 years we should be in a much better position financially. Well done on your treats and very MSE using vouchers.

Any luck recruiting more friends on SP? How are you getting on?

I managed to recruit another the other day but then they disappeared off my friends list again so not sure what that was about. I only have one active friend but am gold status so still earn from her. Slow going but no effort required.

Ah, that combined with your own daily spins will hopefully see you at payout soon. I've been using my earnings to go towards the CC bill that resulted from a terribly January!

Took delivery of my new washing machine today :T. All sparkly and new and makes noises like a spaceship. Hopefully it'll save us money in the long run as it operates on the eco bubble process which apparently washes just as well at 10 degrees as my old one would at 40 degrees.

I've done a cashback bingo offer this afternoon which has tracked and should net me a £15 profit if pays out ok. I haven't won anything yet but still playing.

My chow money didn't arrive this morning and it seemes to have disappeared from my balance. I know they've had gremlins so will wait and see if it appears in the next day or so. A few others have reported not receiving theirs so fingers crossed. I was hoping to OP it this morning but I guess that shows we can't rely on anything until it's in our hands.

Had spag bol for tea. Have to stay away from the shops until Monday as not a lot of cash left in the bank, and I want to have a meal plan in place by then to try and save some cash next month.

News today not sure my job is 100% secure anymore. I have been kind of waiting for this so forwarned is forarmed and it gives me a kick up the rear to save and plan for if and when anythng happens.

Forgot to add that I have also sent of my letter to reclaim tax on washing my uniform for work for the last six years. Hoping to get something back from that.

Hi Yukkibear, sorry to hear your job might be at risk. It might help with the descision of whether to move sooner or later though, I think a lot of us on here are paying off mortgages for homes that are not our "dream" home and wondering if we should move bigger or better. It would be interesting to see how may people who have paid their mortgages off early on mse are in their dream home or plan to start again after clearing all the debt, or if they are all living it up on champagne.:D

I'm not too worried about my job newlygirly as realistically I know it's time for a change anyway. I've done odd shift patterns for years and I would like a bit of normality now.

Sadly we wont move this year, but it did cross my mind that we should move before my earnings show a gap, but there's too much to do in this house first.

very spendy week with all the decorating materials and buying a washing machine, and *ahem* I bought myself a new laptop yesterday. I have saved for this for a while now so it was nice to slurge on myself for a change.

Been doing some bingo bonuses this week. There is an offer on TCB for xbingo which offers £25.25 for a £10 deposit and play through. I managed to withdraw £29 so profit without the cashback which will be a bonus.

Today I have done fabulous bingo which offers a £10 bonus you can withdraw when you have played through £10 if you put a refer a friend in at sign up. Worked for me. If anyone fancies doing it I would be grateful if you used my referral which is YUKKIBEAR when you sign up.

Transferred £146 CT into the OP pot this morning for March's CT bill that doesn't need paying. I'm going to wait until the pot reaches £225 and then make an OP and say goodbye to June 2031
